# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The contrast between the crispy exterior and the gooey melted cheese center creates this incredibly satisfying texture that youll find yourself craving at odd hours.
  • Its the perfect clean-out-the-fridge recipe that somehow manages to feel fancy enough for impromptu guests.
02 -
  • If your rice cakes are a bit stale, they actually work better for this recipe as they stay crispier when baked.
  • The parchment paper isnt just for easy cleanup but prevents the cheese from sticking and tearing your crispy creation apart when you try to remove it.
03 -
  • For the ultimate cheese pull, let the stacks rest for exactly 2 minutes after removing from the oven before cutting or serving.
  • A quick spritz of cooking spray on the rice cakes before adding cheese creates an even crispier texture that completely transforms the eating experience.
