This salad is one of my favorite go-tos during the holiday season it always feels festive and bright on the table

Ingredients

  • 3 large oranges: peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries: or thawed frozen cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup: for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice: for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves: finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional): adds warm spice to the dressing
