Ingredients

  • Meats: 12 slices prosciutto, 12 slices salami, 12 slices soppressata, 8 slices capicola
  • Cheeses: 150 g brie, cut into wedges, 100 g manchego, sliced, 100 g cheddar, cubed, 80 g goat cheese, crumbled
  • Fruits: 1 cup red grapes, 1 cup green grapes, 1 small pomegranate seeds only, 1 pear thinly sliced
  • Extras & Garnishes: 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts), 1/2 cup dried apricots, 1/4 cup olives (green or black), fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs, edible flowers optional
  • Accompaniments: 1 baguette sliced, 1 box assorted crackers

Take a wine glass and drape a slice of meat halfway over the rim. Overlap with additional slices circling the rim until 5–7 slices are used. Gently invert the glass onto the board releasing the rose. Repeat with each type of meat arranging roses across the board
Arrange cheese:

Fill gaps:
